Car-rental pages do not list fares. Any figure mentioned in conversation is a quote for that enquiry only.

Itineraries and timings

Road times, temple opening hours and hill-station weather can change without notice. We may alter the order of sightseeing, overnight stays or the vehicle used to keep the trip safe and practical. Extra kilometres, night driving or closed attractions are not our liability when caused by traffic, strikes, landslides, government orders or similar events.

Hotels and other suppliers

Stays, tickets and some activities are provided by independent hotels and vendors. Their house rules, check-in times and facilities apply. We are not liable for their delay, overbooking, quality of food or loss of belongings, beyond helping you reasonably to resolve the issue.

Health, ID and permits

You are responsible for fitness to travel, medications, and documents required for the destination (including inner-line or other permits). We are not a medical or insurance provider. We recommend travel insurance.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by Indian law, ShikBaris Holidays is not liable for indirect loss, missed connections, or amounts beyond the invoice for the unused portion of services we failed to provide. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for proven negligence causing death or personal injury.
