We collect only what we need to reply to you and to plan travel.

• Name, phone number, email and city or destination you type into enquiry forms.
• Travel dates, passenger count, vehicle preference and message text you send us.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
• Newsletter email if you subscribe in the footer.

How we use it

We use your details to send quotes, confirm bookings, arrange hotels and chauffeurs, and contact you about the trip you asked for. We may follow up on WhatsApp or phone using the number you gave us. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with people who need it to deliver the service: hotels, transport partners, payment providers, and our email/hosting vendors. We may disclose information if required by Indian law or to protect guests and staff.

Storage and security

Records are kept in India or with processors who handle our email and website. We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed for the trip, accounts and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, or to stop marketing messages, by writing to booking@shikbaris.com. We still need some details to complete an active booking. If you believe we have not handled your data fairly, you may also raise the matter with the appropriate authority under Indian law.

Cookies

The site may use essential cookies so pages load and forms work. We do not use your enquiry form to run advertising profiles.
